How to reach us

Planning to pick up your order in person? You have several options to reach us comfortably. Our building with the logo is easily visible right from the main road in the center of the village. Next to the building in the area is our warehouse, where you can pick up your ordered goods.

By bus

You can reach Piletice by bus line no. 13 - the Piletice stop is only about a 5-minute walk from us.

By bike

You can easily reach Piletice by bike thanks to the new cycle path. From the center of Hradec Králové, it takes about 20 minutes to get to us.

By car

If you're arriving by car, enter the address Piletická 55/36, Hradec Králové into your navigation. Parking is available right in front of the warehouse, and the journey from Hradec Králové takes about 10 minutes.

Information

Before you visit us, please make sure you have received an email from us confirming that your goods are ready for pickup. If you think the email should have arrived but it hasn't, please call us at: +420 602 600 974. We will check the situation.

How to exchange or return goods?

The whole process is really simple! Just fill out the exchange and return form. For each product you want to return, you can choose a replacement or get your money back.
You will also find information in the form on how to send the goods to our warehouse.

Do you want to make a complaint or did you receive something else?

Go to the complaint form and fill in all the necessary details and information about the order and products. We will get back to you immediately and resolve the details and possible transport to our warehouse.

In the order tracking, open the "Return / Exchange" form – select what you want for each item. Or just visit product exchange and return page directly. Send the package back to us according to the instructions in the form.

You have 14 days to return your package from the moment you receive it. You can find the procedure and address in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to exchange (for a different size, variant, or other products of the same or higher value). You can set everything up in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

Fill out the complaint form at complaint page (or click "Complaint" in your order tracking). Add a photo of the defect or missing item; we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Other information

We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery. We recommend keeping the confirmation of handing over the shipment to the carrier.
