Returns, Exchanges & Complaints

In the order tracking, open the "Return / Exchange" form – select what you want for each item. Or just visit product exchange and return page directly. Send the package back to us according to the instructions in the form.

You have 14 days to return your package from the moment you receive it. You can find the procedure and address in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to exchange (for a different size, variant, or other products of the same or higher value). You can set everything up in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

Fill out the complaint form at complaint page (or click "Complaint" in your order tracking). Add a photo of the defect or missing item; we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

You can try on the underwear, but always over your own underwear or clothing. For hygiene reasons, worn underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and hygiene protection elements in the original undamaged packaging. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
