How does it all work?

Search for products from the order by invoice number and your customer code. We have sent you the invoice to the email you provided in the order.

Mark the products you want to exchange or return.

In case of exchange, choose the appropriate color or size.

Choose the method by which you will deliver the goods to us.

Fill in the contact information on which we should contact you regarding the exchange or return. If you are returning the goods, you will be asked to enter the account number to which we will return the money.

Choose a delivery service that delivers to our address.

Pack the goods and do not forget to include a note with the invoice number (or write the invoice number visibly on the box), so we can identify your order.

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. If your order arrives and the size or colour doesn't suit you, it's no problem to fix it. Alternatively, we can exchange the goods for a completely different type, it's just a matter of agreement.

If you have returned the goods and the payment has not been received yet, first check your bank account to see if the payment has been credited to your account. Most payments are processed within 14 days.
